Back in the early spring, given our concerns about health & safety; government restrictions; public health requirements; and the continued uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Board of Directors made the decision to suspend all Camp Awakening overnight camp programs again for summer 2021.
But…that didn’t mean there wasn’t going to be Camp Awakening all summer!
Faced with a second season without our core on-site, in-person camp programs, we worked hard to expand and improve the Camp Awakening virtual experience, as well as introduce NEW opportunities for engagement and NEW programs.
