The YLD Retreat will be hosted at Cedar Ridge Camp located near Bancroft, Ontario. Cedar Ridge is a 150 acre site on the quiet shores of Wannamaker Lake.

Accommodation is in 'The Lodge' a two-story, dormitory-style building located in the heart of camp and directly across from the Dining Hall.  YLD participants will stay on the upper floor, which has direct access to the outside and main camp road, where there is a beautiful common room with couches and a fire place.

Each bunk room will be shared by 2-3 participants of the same gender.  Beds are bunk beds, but only the bottom bunks will be used.

There is a singular, co-ed accessible washroom with one toilet, sink, and shower. There are also two gendered washrooms which are not fully accessible.

Activities are modified and adapted to allow all youth to participate fully at their own pace and at their own level of ability.

Similar to Camp Awakening summer camp programs, the YLD Retreat does not provide medical care nor total attendant care. It is a recreation program that provides staff care-giving when and where required.  Participants must be able to self-direct their own medication and care to Camp Awakening staff.
