Bewitch your friends & family with your useless knowledge at Camp Awakening’s 4th Annual Trick or Trivia fundraiser!
What?
A Halloween-themed individual & team trivia competition in support of Camp Awakening. You will play BOTH as an individual AND as part of a team.
**Embrace the theme! Dress up in costume! But just to reassure you…questions will not only be about Halloween. There will be lots of general knowledge, pop culture & camp stuff too.
When?
The virtual Trick or Trivia event takes place online on Thursday, October 27, 2022. Join Zoom at 8:00 PM EST. Trivia begins promptly at 8:10 PM using CrowdPurr (more on that later!)
Where?
Your living room, your backyard, your kitchen – wherever you want to play – as we’re staying virtual again this year!
If you’re missing the in-person experience, gather your team together in one location. It’s the best of both worlds!
**We suggest using your computer to connect to Zoom – so we can see you, say hi and thanks, share some information about Camp Awakening, and maybe get some friendly rivalries started with the other teams! Then each individual trivia player can use their cell phone to play. We’ll be using CrowdPurr for the trivia game. There’s no app to download, just a secret URL that can be opened in ANY web browser. So, you can use your computer for BOTH the Zoom hangout AND the trivia game, but you’ll have to switch between tabs, which is why we recommend using your computer for Zoom and your cell phone for Trivia.
How?
First, coordinate with friends & family BEFORE you register if you want to play together. Teams are comprised of 3-5 players. You’ll be asked to submit your TEAM NAME on the form. If you leave this blank, we will assign you to a team for the evening of October 27th.
Second, REGISTER as an INDIVIDUAL TRIVIA PLAYER using the form below and by “donating what you can” in lieu of a set registration fee.
